iLOQ

iLOQ is Thril's partner for access control. The integration generates reservation-specific access codes for electronic lock systems and syncs them with your venue's calendar. You can also configure resource-specific settings under each resource's settings.

Prerequisites

You need iLOQ hardware configured at your venue and credentials from your iLOQ contact person or via Thril support.

To enable

1. Open Settings → System → Integrations → iLOQ
2. Enter the Manager server URL, Customer code, Username, and Password
3. Configure the offset times and fallback instructions (see below)
4. Toggle Integration status to Active
5. Select Create integration (or Update integration) to save
6. Optionally test the connection with the Test connection button

Configuration options

• Manager server URL: the URL of your iLOQ manager server
• Customer code: your iLOQ customer code
• Access offset times: how many minutes before and after a reservation door access is available to customers
• Fallback instructions: a message shown to customers if Thril detects an issue with iLOQ (for example, "If your access code doesn't work, you can use our backup code 9999#."). Enable Always show fallback instructions to display it to all customers regardless of iLOQ's status. You can also set resource-specific fallback instructions under each resource's settings.

Troubleshooting

• Use Test connection to fetch your current iLOQ configuration. Thril support may ask for this information when troubleshooting.
• Inactivating the integration stops new reservations from syncing to iLOQ. Reservations already synced are not affected and must be cleaned up manually within iLOQ.
