ThrilKnowledge Base

Staff profiles

Show new customers who teaches at your venue, so they book with someone they already know a little.

People book people. A new customer who looks at a pilates class, a padel course or a personal training session wants to know who is on the other side. Staff profiles put your instructors, coaches and trainers on your Thril venue page, with a photo, a short intro and what each person has coming up. The customer sees who they will meet before they book or enroll.

Think of it as a marketing tool. Its job is to turn first-time visitors into customers.

πŸ’‘ Why show your staff

  • A first booking feels safer. A face, a name and two sentences about the person take a lot of the guesswork out of booking with a venue you have never been to.
  • Your staff are a reason to pick you. A certified coach, a former league player or an instructor who speaks Swedish gives a customer something concrete to choose you for.
  • Every profile ends in a Book button. The profile lists the person's next classes, courses and services. A customer who likes someone can book with them on the spot.
  • Customers find the right person faster. They can pick a sport, a time of day, a format or a language, and the people who fit move to the front.

🎯 Examples

  • A fitness studio shows its group exercise instructors. A customer who wants a morning class in Swedish picks the language and the time, and sees the instructors who fit first.
  • A tennis club shows its coaches with their coaching licences, so parents can choose the coach for their child's course.
  • A personal training gym shows each trainer with specialties such as rehabilitation or strength training, and their next free times. A new customer books a first session with the trainer who fits their goal.
  • A dance school shows its teachers, so a student who liked one teacher can see every course that teacher has coming up.

✍️ Profiles that convert

  • Use a good portrait photo with the face in the top half. It is the first thing a customer sees.
  • Write the intro for someone who has never met the person. Who are they, and who do they like to teach?
  • Add qualifications and specialties. "STOTT Pilates certified" says more than "experienced instructor".
  • Set the languages each person speaks. A customer who picks a language sees the people who speak it first.
  • Put your strongest profiles first. You choose the order.
  • Call your staff what your customers call them, such as Coaches or Trainers. The tab uses that name.
  • Turn on Instructor ratings if you collect them. The rating shows on each card.
