Let customers pay with Epassi, a tax-free employee sports benefit. Learn how to request credentials and activate the integration.

If you are a customer looking to pay with Epassi, no setup is needed. You can select Epassi as your payment method at checkout if it is available at your venue.
Epassi is a digital sports voucher used as a tax-free payment method for employer-provided sports benefits. Enabling the integration lets your customers pay for activities with Epassi at checkout.
Payments made through Epassi are priced according to Epassi’s price list. For more information about the integration and Epassi, feel free to reach out to Thril.
Prerequisites
You need a Site ID and MAC Key issued by Epassi. Request them by email at palveluntarjoajat@epassi.com, or use the Contact Epassi button in the integration panel.
To enable
- Request your Site ID and MAC Key from Epassi
- Go to Settings → System → Integrations → Epassi and enter the credentials
- Toggle the Integration status to Active and save changes
You cannot activate the integration until both the Site ID and MAC Key have been entered.
Troubleshooting
- If the Active option is disabled, check that both the Site ID and MAC Key fields are filled in.
- Inactivating the integration immediately stops customers from being able to pay with Epassi.
